Anything else you did that helped really reduce those anxieties that help people feel more confident in getting a unified vision.
Yeah, you know I think very early in my career. I got some advice from a mentor, you know, just along the lines of sometimes you just need to let people know that you're a person, you know, you have to show a chink in the chain of the armor.
Which means that you know for me in those moments when I was feeling less confident or maybe had some anxiety about the direction of things. And again, this is kind of the flip side of the confidence factor. But it's being willing to be human right and being real with people and not putting on a front about confidence not faking your way but being honest and saying I need your collective input right? I want to know what you think, and I want to know what you think, and it sounds like we've got a few different perspectives here at the table.
So. let's talk about this. So, I think it is about the conversation. It's about transparency and being willing to bring people to the table.
