Strategic Planning Agenda

 In this article we will provide a strategic planning agenda, one we use for our Strategy Sprint.  Our Strategy Sprints include strategy and strategic planning.  Strategy is the direction the team or organization wants to head.  Strategic planning is how to get there.

Our agenda will be 4 half day sessions, from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.  

Day 0 is really about all the prep work that goes into the strategy and  strategic planning session.  Some teams may take a day, some may take a week.  Just depends on the team's needs.

This next part is after the 4 day sessions are over.  It's time to consolidate everything that was done and put it into one resource.  This provides each person in the company to understand where the team/organization is going and how they are going to get there.   

A few days later

• 2 hours to review the executive summary
