Executive Summary - We want to make sure that everyone in your team and company can quickly understand the strategy. Our executive summary consists of two parts. One section quickly and thoroughly explains the strategy so anyone (even those who weren’t a part of the Strategy Sprint) can understand it. The second part allows anyone to nerd out in all the details created during the Strategy Sprint.
